In this talk, we introduce an L1/LDG algorithm for a time-space fractional convection equation on a bounded rectangular domain in two spatial dimensions. Here the temporal partial derivative is in the sense of Caputo and the spatial partial derivatives are of Riesz type. L1 approximation is utilized to evaluate the temporal Caputo derivative while the local discontinuous Galerkin (LDG) method is adopted to deal with the spatial Riesz derivative. The rigorous numerical stability analysis and error estimate are presented which are supported by illustrative numerical examples.

蔡敏,上海大学数学系讲师、硕士生导师。2019.10-2021.3, 布朗大学联合培养博士研究生,2021年7月获上海大学理学博士学位,随后留校任教。目前主要从事分数阶偏微分方程数值计算方法的研究。论文发表在Commun. Comput. Phys.、Fract. Calc. Appl. Anal.、Math. Meth. Appl. Sci.、Nat.Comput. Sci.、Numer. Funct. Anal. Optim.等SCI期刊上,并在SIAM出版合作专著1部。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项(青年基金),教育部“春晖计划”科研项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。
