Quantum mathematical analysis or q-mathematical analysis is a branch of mathematics in which the usual derivative is replaced by q-derivative. q mathematical analysis is one of the most fashionable areas of mathematics today. q-mathematical analysis is closely related to number theory, combinatorics, quantum algebra, analytic functions, orthogonal polynomials, quantum field theory, topology and statistical mechanics. In this series of talks, the lecturer will give a brief introduction to some basic knowledge and recent developments of q-mathematical analysis.
The content of the talks includes:
1. q-Maclaurin expansion, q-Taylor expansion and q-binomial theorem; 2. Ramanujan’s bilateral series summation and the Gauss-Jacobi triple product identity; 3.Ramanujan’s bilateral series summation and elliptic functions; 4.Heine's transformations; 5. Rogers-Fine formula and Rogers-Ramanujan identities
报告人简介:
刘治国,华东师范大学数学科学学院教授,博士生导师,主要研究领域为量子无穷级数理论,椭圆函数理论和数论,已公开发表80余篇研究论文。曾多次应邀赴海外大学进行合作研究。主要研究工作在于提出了计算量子无穷级数和量子积分的新理论,该理论被美国数学会会士Mourad E. H. Ismail教授称为“Liu’s Calculus”。曾获1998年度王宽诚皇家学会研究奖学金等奖项。
